You can make a maintenance request using the form below. It will send an email to the Queens' maintenance staff (maintenance at queens dot cam)

Please attend to the following:
check that you have all the details before you send
  • Only one item should be entered on each requisition
  • Please indicate any limitations on the times of access or other constraints
  • Please telephone the Maintenance Department in case of emergency (extension 335513 or 35530)
  • A copy of the email will be sent to you for your own records in case of the problem not being remedied within three working days
  • A record of who sends maintenance request emails using this form may be maintained by the JCR to assess abuse of the service. The actual details of the request will not be recorded
