Access Initiatives
There are a number of Access Initiatives run by Queens’ and the university that you can take part in.
Open Days
Open Days are a great opportunity to look around the university, meet current students and talk to the admissions tutors. There are university wide open days, college open days and faculty open days so you should be able to find a time that’s convenient for you to visit. You can see a full list of dates here.
School Visits
We regularly visit school around the UK to talk about what life at Cambridge is like and demystify the admissions process. If you’d like us to come to your school, email me at lewis.macdonald@qjcr.org.uk and I’ll see what we can do!
Shadowing Scheme
The shadowing scheme is a scheme whereby you can come and stay in Cambridge with a current students, go to lectures, basically live like a real student for a few days. Details can be found on CUSU’s website here.
